It starts with a hand holding an old fan limit control just pulled from the furnace, with a selfie inset of a young tech in the corner. The joke is a customer asking about the labor charge.
Then a tech in a red long-sleeve shirt slides the blower assembly out of the furnace cabinet in the attic, the motor and blower wheel coming out as one heavy piece.
A fan limit control does two jobs. It tells the blower when the heat exchanger is warm enough to start pushing air, and it cuts the burners if the furnace runs too hot. When one fails, the furnace short cycles or quits.
