Why it matters in your house

  • Uneven temperatures in an attic-system house often trace back to the ducts in that attic, not the equipment. A good assessment checks both before anyone recommends a new system.

How do I know when my HVAC system needs replacing?

Then add the symptoms: repeat repair calls, rooms that never feel the same, bills rising with no change in use, a system that runs and runs. Two or more of those on an older system usually means it's time to price a new one.
