Vanessa Arias, the Vienna mom of three behind Vanessa in Vienna, wrote about us on her blog this October. It’s a sponsored piece, and it’s up now on her site. We’re glad it was her. Vanessa writes for the people who actually live in Vienna, and more than 100 of those households have had us over.
What Vanessa wrote
She starts where every parent in Vienna starts: the AC or the pipe that quits at the worst possible moment. Then she introduces Tyler Griffin, our owner, a local husband and dad, and the idea he runs the company on, Total Ownership: own your decisions, own the steps, own the results.
From there she walks through what we do (heating and cooling, plumbing, air duct cleaning with a camera look before anyone recommends a cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning), the Comfort+ membership, and October’s buy one, gift one dryer vent cleaning. She even spotted one of our vans on the move in Vienna. Her prices are ours, to the dollar:

Her Business Spotlights introduce Vienna to the people behind the businesses down the street.
She also writes The Vienna Edit, a monthly newsletter of Vienna-area events, community news and local businesses, and posts her monthly event picks. And she runs the Cross Collab Club, a free directory where Northern Virginia businesses, nonprofits, school parent groups and creators find each other to team up on events and fundraisers. If you live in Vienna, get on the newsletter, and follow her at @vanessa.in.vienna.
SwiftPro in Vienna
We’ve worked in more than 100 Vienna homes since 2024, on heating, air conditioning, plumbing, water heaters, air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. On October 3 we spent the day at the Vienna Oktoberfest on Church Street with the local firefighters, talking fire safety and dryer vents with whoever stopped by.
If Vanessa is the reason you call, tell us. There’s no code and no discount. We just like knowing who sent you.
